The Borrowers will issue all payments to the trust account for Mountain City Mortgage Corp. Mountain City Mortgage will then issue a cheque to the investor. Mountain City Mortgage will manage any NSFs or returned
cheques and act as a liason between borrower and lender as to the status of the account. NSF fees are kept by Mountain City Mortgage but you, the investor, will receive interest on any arrears.
In the event of a foreclosure Mountain City Mortgage will direct our legal team to commence the necessary action in a time is of the essence priority. The investor will be kept up-to-date on all new developments.
For the low cost of 1% of the mortgage amount the professionaly managed administrated mortgage can be yours.
